Nissan LEAF to Launch Around the Globe

Nissan announced the  Nissan LEAF is slated to launch at Nissan dealerships around the world. In addition to making its global debut 2012 models of Leaf will hit 7 more states.

Nissan Proposes Building a Solar Powered Charging Station

Further proving their commitment to electric vehicles, Nissan has proposed a plan to build its first-ever solar-powered car-charging station at its Nissan Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. If approved by city officials, such an endeavor would be a significant advancement over the current electric charging stations currently housed at the headquarters.
